I 100% recommend working with Jennette. She helped me in so many ways!
For me the game changer was how she helped me build my mental stamina. Her consistent follow up assisted me to change my perspective and gave me the motivation that I needed to want to change the poor habits that I had created.
She definitely helped me gain control and awareness of my life and eating habits.
Even though I failed from time to time to reach the expectations that I set for myself, Jennette’s positivity and counsel helped me to bounce back quickly from my set backs and to continue to pursue achieving my goals.

As a young dietitian and a new mom I felt I needed help with balancing my own nutrition needs while working on my career, motherhood, and just everyday life!
As a dietitian I had the knowledge of food and nutrition, but it was harder to evaluate where to start on my own. Jennette was great to work with to help me overcome my own challenges and help me see past some of my personal barriers.
It was great to have someone to be accountable to every day to make sure my goals were happening! What a great experience it was to work with Jennette!

For over ten years I have struggled with extreme dieting and binging. I’ve had a strong desire to better my relationship with food but have felt overwhelmed, not knowing the “how to”.
As a busy mom to five little boys, I knew I needed to make some changes that would give me consistency. The tools that I received during my coaching sessions with Jennette have given me the freedom to eat how I’ve always wanted to eat. I didn’t realize how much of what was going on in my brain could affect how I was using food.
With the tools, I’ve become much more aware of how my brain works and what I can do to keep myself healthy. I have never felt so empowered and excited about my relationship with food.

The biggest benefit of having Jennette as my coach is having someone to be accountable to. Once a week we discuss how I am doing and ideas of how I might do better. She is so positive and able to get me back on track when I seem to be slipping into old habits.
Another big factor in starting Jennette’s program was that I was finding it very hard to pick up and carry my one-year-old grandsons. After being on her program, I am stronger and find it much easier to enjoy my grandkids.
Jennette helps me figure out the stresses that cause me to eat. Things like being tired, stressed about something, or bored. Sometimes not feeling well is a factor. Becoming more familiar with my body and the things that help or don’t help has been very eye opening.

What a great concept! I met with Jennette for the free sessions because I was curious. “Surely, I wouldn’t get anything out of it since I’m an RDN myself!”
But, alas, Jennette helped me uncover hidden hang ups regarding food/nutrition/body image (to name a few). How eye-opening!
In the sessions with her, I felt free to explore without judgement. Thank you, Jennette! What a gift!

Our work together has been full of delights, discoveries and a few difficulties.
I have befriended my brain and my body. With curiosity I am forging a new relationship based on trust, love, and respect.
The drama and angst around food and eating has dissipated. I have much more room in my life for joy, peace, and discovery.
